Born and raised in Lunenburg County, Morgan has family roots that run deep in Nova Scotia’s South Shore. No stranger to new experiences, Morgan has gone from studying neuroscience to living life on the road as a professional musician and owning a food truck business to competing in a national tech start-up competition. After traveling and trying his hand at many different ventures, Morgan settled on a dedicated career in real estate in 2020 where he found a natural fit to use the skills he has honed in other fields: perseverance, problem-solving, marketing and networking, to name a few.
Morgan holds his Associate Broker license, a designation requiring additional education and expertise beyond a standard real estate license, and currently leads The Zwicker Group.
To better serve his clients, Morgan is actively involved in the investment side of real estate through long-term and short-term rentals, land subdivisions, construction, and development. Through this, Morgan has gained a wealth of first-hand experience and knowledge he loves to share with his clients to help guide their decisions and investments.
On the rare day off, Morgan can be found writing and playing music, or exploring the beautiful trails and beaches on the South Shore.
